Blizzard tries to stop someone from selling an unofficial game guide.
Is this a legitimate derivative work?
Or is it infringing upon copyright?
(and why is Blizzard suing under the DMCA?)

I think he should be able to sue Blizzard under the Diebold precedent and win, but hey, IANAL.
