It may be <a href=”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark” rel=”nofollow”>trademarked</a>! Not <a href=”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright” rel=”nofollow”>copyrighted</a>. Copyright appears nowhere in that article, copyright is a different section of the law. You’re falling into the trap of conflating copyrights and trademarks which <a href=”http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/not-ipr.xhtml” rel=”nofollow”>RMS warns us about</a>.
