- It has been tabled until next week; we need a new breakdown of the cost of A/V materials and DJ as well as a new, more detailed food breakdown

NYC summit
- It will take a while for the paperwork to process, but Thessaly from Columbia said that we can start advertising January 13-14 (Friday and Saturday) in Lerner Hall at Columbia U, she doesn't anticipate any problems. Other items to consider are, what exactly are we going to do at the conference? It was suggested that Friday night we go protest something downtown and then party after that, but we would need a bar/restaurant/hangout place that is open to people under 21, and also an actual target for the protest. Thessaly is looking into the former, but we need to figure out the latter together. -- Nelson 17:18, 22 Nov 2005 (EST)
