Starting a Project
Bring any project idea you have to a meeting or the mailing list, and we'd love to help you make it happen. Be prepared to take charge of your project, however. Nurture it, respect it, and watch it grow.

Possible/Discussed Projects
If you're interested in pursuing these, bring it up on the mailing list or at a meeting.
- Swat-specific Wiki.
- Encouraging professors to use Open Access journals.
Old Projects
- Book list -- An ongoing list of books to suggest that the library aquire. They are either freely licensed, about free culture, or subjects of copyright-related legal difficulties.
- Library display - The library display has been entirely dismantled, rather than only partially dismantled while leaving the bookcase intact, as originally planned. This should be fixed at some point... let's get that free culture bookshelf back!
- Free Culture Summit 2006 -- Here's a postmortem summary of the Summit of 2006.
- Webcomic Symposium 2006 -- Who came, what went down, etc.
